About Erica Towal
A Coach Who Truly Understands
My Story
From Crossroads to Calling
There was a season in my own life when I did not recognize myself anymore. Like many of the people I now work with, I faced a transition that shook me to my core, the kind that leaves you wondering who you are outside of the life you thought you would have.
In that uncertain space, I discovered what it meant to truly be supported. Not advised. Not fixed. Just genuinely held while I found my footing again. That experience changed everything for me, and it is why I became a coach.
I do not believe in handing people a plan and sending them on their way. I believe in walking alongside them, through the hard conversations, the quiet breakthroughs, and the small, brave steps that lead somewhere new.
โI am not here to tell you who to become. I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly.โ
Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I work with people across the country by phone and Zoom. I specialize in supporting people through divorce, relationship challenges, and the kind of personal growth that happens when life asks you to start over.
My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in real conversation, because the most meaningful change rarely comes from a formula. It comes from feeling safe enough to tell the truth about where you are.
Why I Do This
Because I know what it feels like to be in the middle of a difficult season and wonder if anyone truly understands. I want everyone I work with to feel less alone, and more hopeful about what comes next.
My Approach
Coaching Philosophy
Four beliefs that shape every conversation, every session, and every step forward.
Compassion Without Judgment
Every person deserves to feel heard and supported, exactly as they are. There is no wrong way to show up here.
Real Conversations
Authentic dialogue, not scripts or formulas, creates the space where meaningful change actually happens.
Practical Growth
Small, consistent actions build real confidence. We focus on what you can do today, not an ideal version of your future.
Hope for What Is Next
Your current chapter is not your final chapter. No matter where you are right now, something better is possible.
